- Student information: full name, current class/grade.
- Parent/Guardian information: name, email address, phone number, country, city.
- Registration details: the course/programme you enquire about or enrol in, and any message or additional information you provide in the registration or contact form.
- Payment information: when you pay via UPI, card, net banking, or bank transfer, the transaction is processed by our payment provider(s); we do not store your full card, UPI PIN, or bank login details on our servers.
- Communication data: messages you send us via WhatsApp, email, phone, or the website’s chat widget.
- Website usage data: standard technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, collected automatically for security and analytics purposes.
2. How We Use Your Information
We use the information collected to:
- Process your course registration and enable enrolment in the selected programme.
- Communicate with you regarding class schedules, fee payments, trial classes, and academic progress.
- Respond to enquiries made via the contact form or WhatsApp.
- Send you updates, offers, or newsletters about our courses (only where you have not opted out).
- Improve our website, courses, and teaching quality.
- Comply with applicable legal, accounting, or regulatory requirements.
3. How We Share Your Information
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it only with:
- Payment processors (e.g. our UPI/card/net-banking payment gateway) — solely to complete your transaction.
